From aiming to produce 5000 bags/month to producing 35000 bags/month in the 1st year…
When S M Shakib and I started R.M.S Corporation, we just had one floor.
▶ It was January, 2021.
And our aim was to manufacture 5,000 bags a month.
It seemed a lot at that time
Our manpower was less, but we knew we’ll do it if we work hard.
But by the end of the year, we couldn’t believe how much we’d achieved!
We were manufacturing 35,000 bags in a month!
Our happiness had no bound!
We were growing.
And the space wasn’t enough.
So we got more machinery and grew our team.
▶ 2021, November: we had to rent out 2 more floors.
That’s the pace we were growing at.
A few months down the line, that wasn’t enough either.
▶ 2022, March: We had to get a bigger space – a complete factory!

All of this was only possible because of hard work and never giving up
