Lately, I’ve been finding it hard to do…
Trust me, I try my best to care about my health:
✔️ Daily walks
✔️ Weekly training sessions at the gym
✔️ Spending ‘me time’ for reflection and self care
Still, it doesn’t seem to be enough.
I think, it’s all about fierce intentionality:
1 ➝ Boundary Setting is Key
Clear boundaries around work hours and scheduling non-negotiable blocks for exercise, meditation, or family time—and treating those blocks like critical business meetings.
2 ➝ Embracing “Good Enough”
Accepting that both your home life and your work tasks don’t have to be executed perfectly.
3 ➝ The Power of Delegation
Learning to delegate tasks both at work and at home.
4 ➝ Finding “Micro-Moments”
When long breaks aren’t possible, integrate short bursts of self-care: a 10-minute walk, five minutes of silence.
Honestly, it’s an ongoing, imperfect process.
But recognizing that our health is the foundation upon which our businesses are built is the first, most important step.
